You may reschedule if something should arise and you are unable to make the scheduled time and date of your training. You can reschedule your class with a $15.00 "reschedule fee." If you are more than 15 minutes late for your class, we will ask that you reschedule to another class with a $15.00 "reschedule fee." The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed for healthcare professionals and public safety providers who need to know how to perform high-quality CPR and other lifesaving skills in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

This course teaches participants how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide effective chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Students will also learn the importance of teamwork and communication during resuscitation, including the use of the AHA Chain of Survival.
