You may reschedule if something should arise and you are unable to make the scheduled time and date of your training. Please contact us within 24 hours of the class so that we can rebook your reservation at no extra cost to you. If you "no-show" for your class, there are no refunds. You can reschedule your class with a $15.00 "reschedule fee." If you are more than 15 minutes late for your class, we will ask that you reschedule to another class with a $15.00 "reschedule fee." If you try to attend the class without completion of the online portion, or you do not have a current CPR certification, you will be asked to reschedule to another date and time with a $15.00 "reschedule fee". This course will train instructor candidates to teach basic-level American Red Cross First Aid CPR and AED courses. In order to participate in this course you must possess a current basic-level American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED (or higher level) certification or equivalent and be at least 16 years of age on the last day of the instructor course. Upon registration it is important that you review and follow the directions on the e-mail attachment sent with your registration confirmation. This is a blended learning course consisting of online content a skills session and classroom segments. Online material must be completed prior to attending the classroom activities.
